Supply Chain:
Transparency is key to our sustainability ethos. Our supply chain begins with a knitting mill located within 20 miles of our factory. This mill uses imported yarn from China to produce the fabrics for our garments. Our primary fabric is a blend of natural hemp and recycled poly, reflecting our commitment to eco-friendly materials.

While we continue to uncover the details of every step in our supply chain, we're dedicated to ensuring that our operations align with our values. By prioritizing transparency and environmentally friendly practices, we aim to instill confidence in our customers and contribute positively to the planet.

Dyeing Process and Yarn Composition
Our manufacturing partner in Pakistan employs a reactive dyeing process for our hemp garments. This process utilizes Sodium carbonate, bicarbonate, caustic soda, and salt to ensure vibrant colors that do not fade during washing. The composition of the yarn used in our garments consists of 55% hemp and 45% recycled polyester, with a yarn count of NE 24/1. Notably, the recycled polyester is derived from recycled plastic bottles, further contributing to environmental sustainability.

Factory Conditions and Worker Welfare

Our recently established factory is more than just a workspace; it's a haven for our employees. Located in Pakistan, where temperatures can soar, our factory is equipped with ample ventilation, including windows and fans, to ensure optimal working conditions. Cleanliness is paramount, with weekly maintenance to keep the premises sanitary and conducive to productivity.

With six stitching machines boasting overlock capabilities, as well as generous space for fabric cutting, collaboration, and storage, our factory is designed for efficiency. We're constantly investing in upgrading our equipment to enhance productivity and quality.

In addition to fair wages and a safe working environment, we provide for the well-being of our workers. Three meals a day and complimentary tea service ensure they're nourished and energized. We strictly adhere to a maximum 14-hour workday limit, and for those who opt to stay overnight, we offer comfortable accommodations, including bedrooms, bathroom facilities, and a kitchenette.

Employee Welfare: Our partner provides food three times a day for all employees, ensuring they are adequately nourished throughout their shifts. Additionally, employee quarters have been constructed on 2 Kanals (1210 Square Yards) of land, offering accommodation to all employees. Each worker is granted 24 paid leaves per year, emphasizing the importance of work-life balance.

Labor Practices: Our partner maintains a strict policy against child labor, ensuring all employees are 18 years or older. While health insurance is not provided, employees are eligible for provident fund and gratuity after eight years of service, demonstrating our partner's commitment to long-term financial security for their workforce.

Through our partnership with this ethical and responsible manufacturer in Pakistan, we uphold our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, ensuring that every aspect of our supply chain reflects our values.
